But, after dealing with Paul as a rental manager of our property we decided to seek his help with selling our home and were VERY happy with the results. We decided to sell our home around the Christmas period which is not ideal, but despite this, Paul’s marketing was able to generate sufficient interest to draw numerous groups to open houses and subsequently have two interested parties in negotiation on purchasing within a few weeks.
