I was reluctant to utilise the services of an agent after selling my previous two homes myself and being very happy with the results.... But, after dealing with Paul as a rental manager of our property we decided to seek his help with selling our home and were VERY happy with the results. Paul and Adam were always available or would promptly reply to enquiries we had and were very professional in all our interactions. We decided to sell our home around the Christmas period which is not ideal, but despite this, Paul's marketing was able to generate sufficient interest to draw numerous groups to open houses and subsequently have two interested parties in negotiation on purchasing within a few weeks. The sale price that he achieved made us and the buyer very happy which surely must be the best case scenario.
